Orders

You can order any time. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before buying the items. If an item is not available we tell you and you pay nothing for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. You pay cash on delivery in USD or LBP at the day's market rate. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you order.

Delivery

Beirut and suburbs: 2–3 business days. Other regions: 3–5 business days. Orders placed Friday to Sunday take one business day more. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The exact dates are shown at checkout and on the tracking page.

Checking your order

Please check the items when they arrive, before paying. Products are genuine and sealed.

Returns

If an item is wrong, damaged or not working, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. Opened beauty and personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Manufacturer warranties apply where the brand offers them.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge before the order is out for delivery.

Reviews

Only customers with a delivered order can review. Reviews are checked for spam before they show; we do not edit their content.
