SDCart·9 is an online store in Lebanon. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on electronic transactions and personal data.
What we collect
- Order details: name, mobile number, delivery address, notes and the items you buy. Needed to deliver and collect cash on delivery.
- Account (optional): mobile number, name, a hashed password, saved addresses and favorites.
- Usage: pages and products viewed, cart actions and which ad or link brought you, tied to a random device ID — not to your name. We use our own system; no advertising trackers or third-party analytics run on the store.
- App notifications (optional): a device token, only if you allow notifications, to tell you about your order.
How we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp.
- To improve the store (which products people look for, which pages work).
- To send offers or restock reminders on WhatsApp only if you ticked the box at checkout. Reply STOP at any time.
Who sees it
Our team and the person delivering your order. The supplier we buy from sees only the items, never your details. We do not sell your data. Our servers are with our hosting provider (Hostinger) and order alerts pass through Telegram.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept for accounting (up to 10 years as required by law). Usage data is deleted after 180 days. Deleting your account removes your account, addresses and favorites right away.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data. In the app or website go to Account → Delete account, or contact us below and we answer within 30 days.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and admin access is restricted.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13.
