**How long does delivery take?** Delivery is in business days, not same day: Beirut, Metn, Baabda 2–3 business days; Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa 3–5 business days.

**How much is delivery?** Beirut $3.00; Metn $4.00; Baabda $4.00; Mount Lebanon $5.00; North $6.00; South $6.00; Bekaa $6.00. Free delivery on orders over $45.00 in Beirut and suburbs.

**How do I pay?** Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives.

**Is there a minimum order?** Yes, the minimum order is $10.00.

**Can I return an item?** Wrong, damaged or faulty items: tell us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Opened beauty and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
